Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There is a shipping & handling fee of $4.50 which will be deducted from your store credit.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (no more than 5 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time!

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged such as: headwear, swimwear, candles, phone cases, jewelry or gift cards. The following items are eligible for return: t-shirts, outerwear, joggers, bandanas, duffle bags, makeup bags, and keychains.

Exchanges
There is a 14-day window to request an exchange for your apparel purchase. Please let us know in your email what size you would like to exchange for. There is a shipping & handling fee of $6.95 for all exchanges. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a store credit within 5 business days.
